Does it just say, “whoops, you’re already subscribed” and leave it at that?
Think about it… your loyal subscriber who’s already subscribed is signing up again because they want something. Then, they get that message and it’s like they’re having the door slammed in their face.
Probably another copy of your awesome free gift, right? Or a copy of your hot, new, free gift.
Suggestion: create a new “already subscribed” page that celebrates the fact that they’re already subscribed, and points them towards the free gift they’re searching for. Offer them a hand with anything else they might need too. That way, everyone’s happy!
